This is exactly how I get images and instructions from Mercedes-Benz,with very specific instructions on how to turn an older model vehicle
with outdated wheels, paint interior etc., and I create a CGI image of a new model to the correct specs.
Note, AI can't do this, because the new features and upgrades on the car haven't been built yet. There is no physical parts in existance. 
I create them based on data directly from the manufacturer. 
I literally have hundreds, maybe more, samples like this.
